S.r.l. (UFP), one of Europe’s leading providers of reconditioning services and customized solutions for cutting tools.
This strategic acquisition responds to the growing customer demand for tailored solutions, as well as faster and more flexible reconditioning and coating services, ensuring greater operational efficiency and reliability. By integrating UFP into its operations, MMTE will enhance customer proximity and significantly reduce response and delivery times, offering more competitive solutions for the European market.
Founded in 1987, UFP has established itself in the metalworking industry for the high quality of its special tools, reconditioning and coating services, all characterized by unbeatable delivery times. With two production facilities in Italy, the company serves a wide range of industries, including aerospace, medical, automotive, energy, and defense.
Highlighting the importance of this acquisition, Tetsuo Yamazumi, President of MMTE, stated:
